The young Hamburg band Deep Dyed made their first public appearance in October 2019 at Uebel & Gefährlich. Songwriter John Hintz and Aylin Sengül, both responsible for the vocals, wrapped the tower room in dreamy indie rock with strong borrowings from the Dunedin Sound of the 1980s. Predominantly carried by leisurely lo-fi guitar riffs and psychedelic sprinkles. "Trying to sort out what's real," muses Deep Dyed, calling on art rock and indie veterans between The Velvet Underground and the Pixies.
Deep Dyed have just shared their first Single "Blue Levitate Hours", taken from their upcoming self-titled EP. Out July 24th on Cassette/Digital
